SOT89 SOT223 to dip:
KEY FEATURES OF PCB, SMD SOT89 SOT223 ADAPTER:
This adapter board can mount 3-pin plus tab SOT SMD components that either have a 1.5mm or a 2.3mm lead spacing and convert it to a 3-pin header footprint on 0.1″ centers.
The board is double-sided to support the two different SMD pin pitches. Male headers, either straight or right-angled can be soldered to either side of the board for use with breadboards.
